The resulting lines are then used to give the investor a good idea of the direction also Trendlines are a visual representation of support and resistance in any time frame and that is the main goal. Our TrendLine consist of 2 colors (Black & Blue) and (Black & Red) the Black line is between 2 points either High High or Low Low and the Blue & Red are the extension of the trendline and we can use them as future support and resistance. (when the price touches the extension of the trendline became a pivot point and the price can bounce from that pivot point or break it and every investor should be aware of that Risk).
Thus Trading-commodity.com will analyse some quotes from commodities markets with different time frames to give a good idea of the direction. Also Trading-commodity.com will provide certain Options trading (Call/Puts) that rely on support and resistance (Red & Blue Lines) for certain quotes.
